Environmental Impact Assessment
TReCC develops technical studies for Environmental Impact Assessments and monitors them up until the final approval, including assistance for the public audiences, in the required cases.
In Ciudad de Buenos Aires, the regulatory framework is given by the Ley Nº123/LCBA/98 and its modificatories, Ley Nº 452/LCBA/00 and its reglamentaries dispositions: Decreto 1352/02 and Resolución Nº 873/SSMAMB/04, wich regulate the Environmental Impact Assessment in the local district.
