Urban Impact Studies

TReCC offers consulting services developing Urban Impact Studies according to the local regulatory framework. These studios could include a number of urban variables, as land use analysis, sun impact, wind efects and accesibility among others.
These type of studies is required by the Municipality of Vicente López, wich regulartory framework establishes this kind of studies.

According to the project, once defined the final draft, its outer skin shell, its use, populations and other of their urban fundamental indicators, the study could be developed in about a month.
